the neighbors two doors down let off fireworks almost every night. not many. but it only takes one to terrorize poor riley. he ends up cowering in the bathroom nearly every night.
i wish people would think about how annoying the noise is to others! but ... some people like explosions, i guess.

That would be totally annoying - for pets and people on shift work.
