tartan days 2009 st charles riverfront
statues of lewis and clark on the riverfront in st charles. lewis and clark left from the st charles riverfront when they started to explore the country west of missouri. this area has several festivals thru the year as well as music on main street, 4th of july fireworks, and concerts at the old railroad station
this is mother grove the celtic rock band that played during the tartan days festival. they were really good, will be ordering their cd
tossing of the caiber. the festival has tryouts for the highland games
dogs herding sheep. these dogs are amazing. they live to work!

If i closed my eyes, squinted a bit, I could swear I was back in Ireland. Friendly people, Guiness, beautiful blue sky, water, and the sounds of pipes, fiddles and bagpipes. Oh to be back on the Emerald Isle
